Halloween Horror Nights is adding another terrifying experience to this year’s lineup, and horror fans are going to want to brace themselves. Universal Studios has officially announced that Evil Dead Burn, the newest film in the legendary Evil Dead franchise, is coming to Halloween Horror Nights as an all-new haunted house at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.
The haunted house debuts on August 28, 2026 at Universal Orlando Resort and September 3, 2026 at Universal Studios Hollywood, bringing the latest chapter of one of horror's most iconic franchises to life.
Step Inside the World of Evil Dead Burn
Since the original Evil Dead debuted in 1981, the franchise has become a horror favorite thanks to its unique blend of supernatural terror, over-the-top gore, and dark humor. At the center of every nightmare is the infamous Book of the Dead, whose sinister powers unleash terrifying demons known as Deadites.
This year's haunted house is inspired by the newly released sixth film, Evil Dead Burn. Guests will find themselves inside the Price family's isolated vacation home deep in the woods, where every room hides another horrifying surprise. As the story unfolds, visitors will encounter relentless Deadites, terrifying practical effects, and scenes pulled directly from the film before becoming part of the nightmare themselves.
If you're already a fan of the franchise, expect plenty of recognizable moments. If you're new to Evil Dead, prepare for one of the most intense haunted house experiences of the season.

The collection is available beginning July 21 inside both parks, with additional merchandise expected later this season. Fans can also shop online through Universal's merchandise store starting July 22.
