SD Mommy Blogger Tribe Brunch at Breakfast Republic in Encinitas, CA
One day it dawned on me, I wanted to create a Mommy Blogger Tribe in San Diego. I love the vibe in San Diego. It's fast paced, but kind of laid back at the same time. I don't even have the words to explain it. But I love it.
I'm very happy with the decision to start the SD Mommy Blogger Tribe. First and foremost, it has given me the opportunity to meet more incredible women, mommy bloggers, who are just teeming with talent and positivity. It also gives me an excuse to drive to San Diego once every couple of months, to visit these smart, beautiful women, and have fun doing it.
Early last week, I was able to join the SD Mommy Blogger Tribe for brunch at Breakfast Republic in Encinitas, CA. I arrived early to give myself time to meet with Tiffany, the manager on staff that day, and get everything all set up. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the perfect place for SDMBT's first brunch!
Breakfast Republic is fun, quirky, and has plenty of photo ops for the likes of us bloggers. You know we love our photo ops!
While sipping on coffee and trying to figure out what to eat, Tiffany, who is the sweetest, most professional, as well as funny human, brought us some scrumptious Coffee Cake. Deciding on what to eat is hard work, one builds up an appetite and must snack while deciding.
All jokes aside, this Coffee Cake was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of strawberries on top to break up the sweetness with a slight tang. Breakfast Republic very much got this dish right.
From the Coffee Cake, to Eggs Benedict, to the Stuffed French Toast, to the Frittata, every bite was heavenly.
Tiffany kept the coffee flowing while us girls got to talk about all things blogger, motherhood and everything in between. Mixing business with pleasure in the blogger world is a must and I for one, absolutely adore that aspect of it.
We really got to have some great conversations and checked out all the little nooks and crannies of this particular Breakfast Republic location in Encinitas. There are eight locations total, with the newest one opening in Irvine, CA.
This was nothing new to my San Diego blogger mama's, but I was head over heels in love with the hilariously cute egg seats outside of the restaurant. The vibe here was just so fun!
Couple that with great food and amazing company, and Voila, you have yourself the perfect morning.
And when we were done eating and chatting, we absolutely HAD to take a picture with Tiffany, who made sure that we experienced Breakfast Republic in the best possible way.
