Last Saturday, I was part of a wonderful Back-To-School event at Montclair Place in Montclair, California. I was asked to style outfits for school aged boys and girls, at 3 price points, and basically created back-to-school looks for kids, with budgets of $150, $200, and $250.
I worked with two stores, Gymboree and Carter's/OshKosh, and these are the looks I created.
I started my day at Gymboree... in the GIRLS section!!! YAS, people, this "mom of boys" got to shop for girls!!! Can you tell I was a little excited?

Something you may not have known about Gymboree and Carter's/OshKosh is, their sizes range from New Born to 14 years-old. The outfits I chose, ranged in size from 5T, as 5 year olds will be entering kindergarten this school year, to 14 years-old.
The event that followed my shopping extravaganza, was fun for both kids and parents. With games, like "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" and racks of outfit choices to fit all budgets, I would say the event was a great success.
I had a blast styling and shopping at Montclair Place, a shopping mall that tends to their shoppers needs and takes the time to help parents shop and save.
